It is always difficult to choose a favorite item in your studio or workspace. Do you choose an item you use all the time? One you handcrafted yourself? Maybe you opt for something that is functional. This fabric cutting and storage table that Suzy is sharing with us could fit into any of those categories.

“The favorite item in my studio has to be my cubby/cutting/craft table. I made it using 4 sets of cubbies from Target held together with mending and L brackets. I put a cutting board on top and all done.”

I love this, I want to make one for my sewing/soaping/craft room!
How can I ensure that the cubbies/bookshelves’ measurements will, when attached to one another, match the size of the cutting mat for the top?
What cubbies at Target did you you, they have a couple of different ones.. I love this and want to make one also..
That is a BRILLIANT idea!!! I am gonna have to give that a try. . .and maybe figure out how to put wheels on it, too! Thanks for sharing! dana
