This is the cover of our newest issue, which will be on the newsstand November 1st. With every issue there are women who touch my heart, prove that beautiful things are essential, and inspire each of us to be and to create what we have only begun to dream. With every issue I have made new friends and these photo shoots are woven with so many memories made and stories to tell – I wish each of you could be with me on each and every shoot. Your life would be forever changed!
In the coming weeks I'll be introducing you to our featured artists. First, let me introduce you to my friend, Patience Brewster ….
Patience Brewster, who graces our cover, is more than my limited and humble words can adequately describe. Everything about her is lovely and graceful and caring. When she answered the door in that light pink dress with her beautiful hair and stood on the porch of her home with its weathered grey barn and surrounded by the most beautiful gardens, it took my breath away. I have loved her art since the day I discovered her.
but her home is magazine ready, and of course,
she whipped up a magnificent salad for lunch with fresh-from-the-bakery bread and we sat at a table with flowers picked from her garden …
Even though we seldom see each other, I hope that we call each other "friend" forever.

I’ll be hanging on every word and photo! LOVE IT!

I would love to see Carol Marine featured (http://carolmarine.blogspot.com/) and I’ve loved EVERY one of your featured artists so far! What a fun magazine!
Patience’s world…looks so peaceful…what a treat to see it…
She is a vision. Patience, her home, her life, her story, her creations. She makes my heart happy and sad. Happy that her business seems to be moving on a very positive note but sad that she had to endure so much to get there… I suppose that is what drives most artists…You have to have some pain to ignite a deep passion.
From my heart I am pleased they ( all of your featured artists) peel the layers for us…Makes them much more attractive.
Blessings Madame Samm

Something that is redesigned requires a different process than something that is designed for the first time. A redesign often includes an evaluation of the existent design and the findings of the redesign needs are often the ones that drive the redesign process. Some authors nevertheless suggest that from the evolutionary point of view the functionality, and even the aesthetic sophistication of artifacts is best understood as a result of redesign rather than design, as all successful artifacts are outcomes of cumulative improvements.
