I would love to spend the day in my Grandmothers kitchen. She has been gone a few years now and I regret that I never really got to cook with her as an equal. I never got the chance to be one of the “Women” in the kitchen during holiday dinners. You know how it is, when I was a kid I wasn’t interested and by the time I became an adult we were so busy that we just did things potluck style. Now that I am a grandmother I really wish I could have one day to be part of that circle. I do try to create it with my daughter in laws, Daughter and Granddaughter. Your cook book would be a fun way to jump start that tradition

I am in my 60′s and have recently had three surgeries on my right hand. This is my first experience in a cast. Yes, I am right handed. You never imagine all the things you cannot do in this situation..open Rx bottles, use your manual/right handed can opener, use hot rollers/curling iron, do your eyebrows and a manicure is a two hour project. Project, all my work is at a standstill. I need the new cookbook to read..almost all I can do for the next six weeks. And, I need the swag bag to carry things I normally have in my hands or arms. Last, It would be delightful to wear the beautiful shirt to remind myself that I will soon be creating again.
