A new year brings new goals and new challenges. If organizing your work space is on the front page of your goals list. Organizing can not only be challenging for practical reasons but decorative reasons also. A lot of the traditional storage bins, storage containers, and storage baskets are not aesthetically pleasing. Finding storage that is functional and beautiful is a something to strive for when it is visible in your workspace.

i need ideas! My only contribution is that we use a lot of ribbon with our paintings and i finally gave up with putting them all on a rod to use. So what i did is I went to Hobby Lobby and got colorful pails that go with our biz, which is pink, and put ribbons by different colors in each pail: one for pinks, greens, reds/yellows, purples, blues. That way i stay organized!
I use the hot wheel carriers from Wal Mart to store my thread…perfect size and easy to see what you have. Oh very inexpensive to boot. For my fabric, lots of pre cuts are on 3 tier wire food stand, I get to enjoy them as eye candy!
