Have you noticed we seem to be on a organization kick this month on Where Women Create? Why wait until Spring to get your workspace or home in order? January is the perfect time to get organized for the new year. Today I wanted to feature some more unique and creative storage ideas. We all have used mason jars to store things in our kitchen but, have you thought about using them in your office or in other parts of your home? Have you used mason jars outside of your kitchen? How could you implement them in your workspace?
LOVE love love everything about Mason jars! We used them as centerpieces for weddings, tucked candles in them for lighting, and almost every season has a flower in our yard to tuck into a vintage mason jar.
At our wedding, I took mason jars and painted the outside with clear glitter paint, put colored sand in the bottom and added candles. It was beautiful! We got married right after Christmas and with white lights and some blue glass ornaments, the vintage jars added just the right touch. I also do a lot of canning and preserving so I always have some extra jars if I need to store something. Love the ideas shown here! I’ll be trying a couple today :)
