“Kathleen Wedemeyer grew up in Houston, Texas, where she loved to draw and create art with some interesting origins. Old wood molding, antique ceiling tins, spindles, various metal components, and architectural antiques are a few of the unique materials that Kathleen uses to create her inspirational artwork. One of her favorite parts of the creative process is hunting for new materials to use, but nothing can compare to the joy she finds in the opportunities for spiritual outreach through her artwork. Her husband, Ron, built her dream studio/workshop behind their historic stone home, allowing for seemingly endless new possibilities.” (Quoted from Kathleen’s article in Where Women Create magazine.)
