I am fairly certain that I love paper because I am such a “book person”. I am fascinated and inspired by the photography, the words, and the graphics that are printed on page after page of the books I love the most.
One of my favorite books of all time is Sara Midda’s IN & OUT OF THE GARDEN printed by Workman Publishing in 2008. I adore everything about this little book of watercolors so it made perfect sense for me to create a paper project from the pages of my much read book.
I used the WHERE WOMEN COOK Sizzix Milk Carton Bigz Die to create a series of milk cartons that will be used as the favors for my first garden party of the season to fill with seeds for guests to take home and plant something lovely and useful in their own gardens.
It is what I love most and a lasting memory for each of my invited family and friends.
