Looking back, I have always been creative. I remember staying with my grandparents one summer with barely any toys packed to play with, so outside I would flip dandelions upside-down and pretend they were dolls with frilly yellow skirts. Today I like to think that I bring that same playful imagination to the things I create in a very Rumplestiltskin-type of way: turning straw into gold. Or at least clothespins into dolls . . .
or into clips.
I love to write and tinker and dream of combining these interests into a craft and decor book someday.
My book would be filled with all kinds of
simple transformations.
