Hi everyone! So excited for this opportunity! I'm Ashley from Lil Blue Boo and I have an insatiable desire to make things. I love sewing, silk screening, painting, photography, journaling, and power tools. I love inventing my own unique processes (i.e. I usually don't read directions) and sharing and encouraging others to find their own creative streak. I've met the most amazing community of positive, creative women through Lil Blue Boo and I pinch myself everyday that I've been able to pursue what I love! I love a good mess…..and so does my daughter "Boo." There's nothing I enjoy more than watching what my 4-year-old can do with a few buckets of paint and a 6 foot canvas. My hope for her is to have fearless creativity:
Originally from North Carolina, my wonderfully supportive, loving husband and I moved to southern California to pursue a more balanced lifestyle. We both left investment banking jobs to pursue what we love. It was a huge leap of faith and we've never looked back!

I love Lil Blue Boo and am frequently inspired by all her endeavors.. I too love sewing and photography and the creative process… not so much painting, but art in general (my mom is an oil painter and got kids involved with Art from early ages using my sister and I as samples :P).
