In March we are going to focus on beautiful things to decorate the walls in your studio or workspace. I admit that some of my favorite art is photography. I think a picture speaks a thousand words… And so much more. It is one of the easiest ways to dramatically change to look and feel of a room.

Do you decorate with with photography?
When we gave our living room and dining room a new look a few years ago, my oldest daughter suggested that we update our walls with new art. When I couldn’t find anything that pleased me, she offered to take a few of my favorite slides of France {from the 70′s} and enlarge them. It was so simple, yet so lovely and truly meaningful!

As a hobbyist photographer, every now and then I get that one “really good” shot that’s worthy of framing! My darling husband makes frames for me and I give them as gifts! Kind of puts a new spin on the tag “handmade,” doesn’t it? :o)
